I DO NOT want to JUST train you. I want to help and educate you, and transform your entire life with my one-of-a-kind holistic approach that covers everything from training and nutrition, to sleep and recovery, and even physical therapy and mental work.
What makes me different? Anybody can put you through a workout and make you do random exercises without any specific thought or purpose behind it. Anybody can make you sweat, make you tired or sore. This is called “working out”, or “exercising”. It means nothing, produces little results and is very likely to injure you in the long run. Training, on the other hand, is when you have a clear goal, a specific plan on how to reach that goal, and a gradual progression to get you there in the quickest, safest, and most effective way. All of that, specifically designed for your individual goals, needs, health condition and fitness level. If you want results, you need to be training with a purpose, not just randomly “working out”. Only a few apply that, only a few know exactly what you need to do, why you need to do it and how you need to do it. And even fewer are willing to share that knowledge with you and help you understand.
I have an educational approach and believe in helping people by sharing my experience and expertise and educating them, so that they can, in time, learn to help themselves. You always hear that “fitness is a lifestyle” because it only works when you embrace it as such, adopt it, and make it a permanent part of your life. And you can’t do that by blindly following someone else without a deep understanding of how things work.
Born and raised in Bulgaria, I have over 8 years of experience both there, as well as in the USA, working for one of the top gyms in the country. That helps me combine Eastern European and Western culture and training philosophy and give you the best of both worlds. Whether you want to:

I’m here for you! Fitness is my life, this is what I do! I use my huge passion for everything health and fitness related, along with my interest in physical therapy, injury prevention and rehabilitation to help my clients move better, feel better, perform better and reach their fitness goals.

My rates are $90 per session/hour, and I offer a variety of packages and discounts.
